Shaping the future with the Marktgemeinde Latsch
Strengthening regional identity
How do you create a shared identity for five villages without losing their individuality? Based on a citizen survey, a new municipal brand was developed for the market town of Latsch in South Tyrol, uniting the five districts under a shared visual and strategic identity. The goal: strengthen the sense of community, increase regional visibility and create a future-proof brand for the whole municipality.
The focus was on developing a clear brand and communication strategy that creates a strong shared identity. A design system was built that works consistently across print, web, signage and other communication channels.
The new municipal brand not only strengthens citizens’ identification with their municipality, it also creates professional, consistent communication for the administration, clubs and local businesses — positioning the municipality as an attractive place to live and work in the long term.
